"Communication from minute we booked was immediate and great. Collection of keys and showing thru property by Virginie was excellent. Accom is spot, clean and bright with living sitting area having beautiful view over valley to watch sunrise and sunset. being able to open big glass doors and let in air was fabulous. Very quiet too. Location on edge of Grasse old town is perfect."

"Only things that could be improved is the fixing of the big shower head in the bathroom and addressing the odour from kitchen sink/bin area - would be great. And maybe another pillow for each on the bed - but otherwise accom is lovely."

"The property is very modern apartment in a very old building, bright and extremely clean. Immaculate. The view is very pleasing. The property is located up lots of stairs. The kitchen had everything you needed for a self catering stay. We unloaded the car in the narrow street outside of the property and then had to park elsewhere - only a short walkway. The host did her best to explain things in English despite not speaking much, it was greatly appreciated. You are in the heart of the old town of Grasse. The property had air conditioning in the living room and the main bedroom. The living room got very warm because of the glass and the amount of sunlight. Overall a beautiful property. Thank you ."

"Anthony, our host, met us at the property and did everything he could to make us feel welcome and to show us the property, which is beautiful and in a great location. He then walked around with us to introduce us to his city. He is extremely charming and helpful. The apartment is very modern and beautifully renovated in an old, historic building."

"Recently refurbished, clean, fast internet, convenient set-up with reversible AC. Kitchen quite complete (no oven, but the rest is there). Great management, waiting on our arrival - could not be better. Even some forgotten items returned, thanks!!"

"Corridors outside look very dated (old carpet glue on tiles not removed) and light switches cut out quickly and are not illuminated. This is only the access to the apartment, so not under direct control of this property owner. We could not get the sockets near the bed to work."

"Amazing apartment with stunning view. It has all the necessary, including Nepresso coffee machine. The location is right in the city center with parking spots near. Anthony, the host, was nice and helpful."

"Despite the fact that we booked late in the evening the hosts were very helpful to accommodate us. The accommodation was excellent, clean and cosy and had everything we needed. The hostess helped us find parking despite the late hour. We sincerely thank her for her attitude."

"We loved the modern, clean and. Fresh apartment. It has spectacular views from the old town out towards the hills. We were accommodated by the lovely owner, Virginie in arriving earlier than check in due to our early flights. We had help in choosing good restaurants and the owners were really happy to make sure that we enjoyed our stay."

"Perfect modern apartment base for two to explore the many alleyways of Grasse old town . Recently renovated to a very high standard with all the comforts of home including brand new bathroom with rain head shower , SMART tv ,reliable wifi , self cater kitchenette with washing machine in a spacious 1 bedroom configuration in centuries old building with lovely views to the east . Our Host Anthony speaks perfect English and was super helpful in ensuring our arrival was hassle free and always available with local knowledge . Highly recommend this great value accommodation ."

"Nothing …….be aware for those with mobility issues there is no lift in the building so you will need to carry luggage to the 2 nd floor to enjoy the great view ."
