"This hotel was very good and did exceed my expectations, as it was a lot cheaper than most places we stayed.. It was well located and convenient to the station. Did not have ac in the room, but fan worked OK. Being a cheaper hotel did not expect ac. The lady at Reception the days we arrived and left was excellent . She was very friendly and informative. I also liked the large friendly lounge near Reception area. The place may need updating but I felt added to its charm."

"Flexible booking in, gave you two options morning or late afternoon. The Italian restaurant served excellent meals bit limited in choice but nevertheless I wholeheartedly recommend. The staff were friendly and happy. Location was good for the lakes and beaches, shopping was short distance away by car or on foot, not many bars nearby which is drawback for it’s nice to have a drink after dinner before bed. Would book again if in area and fully recommend"

"The location could not be better, The staff was helpful, friendly and very kind. The ski room is super handy. Our room had a nice balcony with a view of the mountain--ideal for the drone show. The hotel dogs were awesome. The breakfast was very good with lots of options for different palates."
