"Неприятный район , шумный, со неблагополучным населением. В описании было написано о бесплатной стоянке принадлежащей апартаментам, на деле с нас хозяин попросил 8€ за сутки . Парковка на улице платная и ограничена двумя часами-это неудобно , если хотите гулять по Руану целый день."
