"Very stylish hotel at a good location. The room was very fresh and clean and staff were friendly."

"We loved our first visit to Ajaccio, and Hotel Kalliste certainly added to this experience. Stay of four nights. Friendly staff to greet us and, subsequently, help us with local knowledge. Ajaccio is not so big a town that you can't walk from Kalliste to most places including the ferry terminal and the railway station. The hotel is a nice modern conversion of a traditional town centre building. We had a room overlooking the busy street as requested. (But the windows are pretty soundproof and there's air-con.) Lots of nice things for breakfast to set you up for the day's exploring. We had a last-minute extension of our stay which the hotel staff were able to accommodate, to our relief and pleasure."

"The hotel allows the leaving of bags at reception if you arrive early (THIS IS GREAT). Turned out to be a residence which was separated from the main hotel and lucky for me halved my distance walking down hill (legs don't work too good). It was basically a self contained unit. I made myself some food in the kitchen which was nice. Lift was was great, bathroom great, massive TV with millions of channels."

"Everything room was amazing pool view and large with a jacuzzi - would been nice to have larger fridge but older rooms have nicer fridge but ask for the newer rooms for sure - we had one of each and big difference as some of the other rooms are in need of a refurbishment"

The hosts also recommended a great boat trip to the nature reserve. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the view from the hotel and its surroundings was beautiful. "This is a lovely family run hotel in a small town. One of the oldest hotels in Corsica the owner told me. Rooms round the good pool are very comfortable and have a nice ambiance and lighting. I ate at a restaurant by the beach 3km away for lunch. Great atmospheric beach spot. Aléria a good location for exploring up into the central Corsican hills. Hotel has a just installed an EV charging station which is useful as there are not many EV chargers in the area."
