"Wonderful old-fashioned hotel, reminded me of our family trips down through France in the 1980s. Beautiful village. Fab restaurant nearby for supper. All very nostalgic and just the most fabulous welcome from the most fabulous hotelier. And the best breakfast we have had in France: home made, locally produced food. Perfect. We will certainly be back."

"Wonderful owner that greeted us so warmly and was super friendly. Location en route to Italy was excellent just before the Swiss border . Parking was on the main square as hotel doesn't have it's own parking . Breakfast was plentiful and great quality,owner made us fresh scrambled eggs . It was very good if expensive ."

"This is a lovely hotel in a wonderful location. The proprietress is very kind and friendly. When we stayed, her chef was taken ill, so she had to close the hotel restaurant. Not only did she book us a table for dinner at another restaurant, she also arranged for us to be driven there! The breakfast was terrific and well worth the extra cost. Highly recommended!"

"What a perfect place and hosts, both James and Matthews attention to detail is second to none. They made our stay so special and we can't wait to return for another week's stay. Breakfast was excellent and loads of choice from cold meats, poached eggs, French toast, and the list goes on. The room was perfect, this is more than bed and breakfast I would say it's more like a boutique hotel with the nicest hosts you could wish to meet. Thank you James & Matthew for a lovely stay."
