"The villa is amazing, the view from our room was just breath taking, excellent surrounding, fresh breakfast with local products, nice minibar with local artisanal beer, champagne, water, juice and the best of it: the care for their guest, attention to every little detail. Thank you Stéphane ! We plan to return, and I would also recommend it for a group trip with friends, as it can accommodate up to 12 persons: 10 adults and 2 children."

"Very good standard of accommodation in a beautiful and peaceful location. Rooms were a good size with comfortable beds.Stephane was an excellent host and provided us with a great breakfast which included many local products. Communal mini bar was a nice touch with a decent selection of drinks at very reasonable prices. Plenty of space for off road parking. Nice gardens to relax in. Only 25 minutes from Ypres where there are plenty of good restaurants."

"Beat a path to La Belle Minervoise and Sophie and Jean Claude’s kitchen. Their little hotel delivered the warmest welcome and the finest food of our trip! They offered us mojitos for an apéritif, and later sat down with us for the most magnificent supper of home made cassoulet, fine wine, and an evening of entertaining conversation (in English!). Exceptional, we’d go back in a heartbeat."

"The flat was modern, clean, cosy and well-equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Safe access to the entire building is granted with two keys. The balcony provides a fantastic view of the city and the surrounding hills, which is particularly impressive at night. The location is excellent, with easy access to the tram stop, main avenues. There is a good variety of supermarkets in the vicinity. The city centre and the Promenade des Anglais are both within a 30-minute walk. The owner was extremely kind and welcomed us warmly, even coming to say goodbye on the day of our departure. This flat is well-suited for a pleasant stay in a lively neighbourhood of Nice."
