"Beautiful old ornate house. The architecture outside was amazing and the dining room where you have breakfast reflects this, pay attention to the ceiling and old fireplace…wow. Amazing breakfast"

"Very basic facilities. Common toilet in the hallway. Common refrigerator that did not cool sufficiently. Tasty but rather limited breakfast (e.g. no eggs). Noisy bedroom."
"La Hamaiade is a charming historic building, nicely restored and decorated with a lot of love., at short distance of Lille and Tournai. We were warmly welcomed and helped by the hosts. The room was clean and spacious, the bed slept well. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast in the morning. We only stayed for one night so unfortunately we didn't find the time to use the pool."

"Tout est bien mais les points forts pour moi ont été : la proximité du Stade Pierre MAUROY (10mn en voiture), l'accueil personnalisé avec le rappel par message de l'adresse et des accès pour se garer à proximité, l'esthétique du lieu (dimension historique, qualité des matériaux, atypisme du lieu, tout est de bonne facture !), le confort et la propreté de la chambre, le sens du détail jusque dans les produits de soin, le petit-déjeuner est copieux avec une attention toute particulière portait aux choix des produits le tout dans une ambiance musicale discrète jazzy. Bref le bon goût est de rigueur et les attentions de notre hôte sont justes, précises et discrètes, tout est fait pour que le séjour soit sans accroc ! Merci et à bientôt !!!"

Explanation on how to access the apartment was sent digitally and was very easy to understand. At all: easy communication, good service, clean and cute apartment and fair price! 10/10"
"The flat was in the perfect location for us to explore Lyon by foot. It's close to all amenities and tourist spots. Despite being in the centre, it feels like a quiet haven after a busy day around town: the block itself is a lovely high, classical appartment building and the flat has brilliant double glazing that blocks out all noises. Kitchen is very well equiped, beds were comfy, shower was clean and efficient. Wifi connected for everyone. Communication via email was easy when necessary."

"Location is superb. Key was easy to get. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen. Host was responsive on the booking app, and quickly got the cleaning company to bring the missing shampoo and toilet paper. Water heating and radiator was working great in the cold Paris winter. We spent most of the day outside and only came back to rest and spend the night. Space on both sides of the bed is tight and you have to walk sideways to enter the bathroom but it was ok for us. Overall we enjoyed our 3 nights stay and would not mind repeating."
