"Lovely quiet location in a pretty part of the town with cobbled streets , yet only a few minutes walk from the restaurants and shops. Great location for visiting the local area and for a quick train trip into the centre of Paris. The thick stone walls kept it nice and cool despite the hot temperatures outside. Nice secluded courtyard garden. Although there is no parking on site, we had no trouble finding parking nearby. We enjoyed our stay."

"This amazing period property is quintessentially French with all the necessary amenities for self catering. Situated in the heart of Crépy-en-Valois, guests can come and go as they please within the town which has a selection of eateries and bakeries to choose from. The cottage is 11 minutes away from the station allowing for a great day trip to Paris, a journey of only 36 minutes. We were impressed with the ease of access on arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed the escape and the cool shelter from warm summer days offered by this hidden gem of a property. And enjoyed days out and evenings in. We made use of the fantastic location and nearby boulangeries for breakfast before venturing out. I am sad that we only stayed 3 nights."

"Notre arrivée au gîte a été très agréable grâce au poêle allumé dans le salon. Merci Anne pour cette délicate attention. Un vrai plus ! Le gîte est joliment aménagé avec la vue et l'accès sur une cours extérieure très paisible. Beaucoup de goûts sont apportés à la décoration de toutes les pièces. De nombreux livres d'Art sont consultables. La petite ville de Crépy en Valois possède de très jolies ruelles, de belles maisons et une rue commerçante à 5 minutes à pied de la Petite Maison. Bien pratique ! Nous recommandons ++++"

"The apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Bed was comfortable, good shower, everything that was required in the kitchen and bathroom. Lovely towels that seemed to have been dried in the open air instead of a tumble dryer. Very pleasant owner, who runs a good restaurant on the ground floor of the building and when I ate there I was served with an excellent meal at a reasonable price. The apartment is centrally located in the town and although there is not a private car park there is plenty of parking space close to and all free."

"We really enjoyed our stay in this house. There was plenty of space, and we especially liked that there were two bathrooms – one for each room. We were four people, and everyone felt comfortable. The kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed. The terrace was also great – we spent most of our time there eating and relaxing. We highly recommend this place!"

"Everything was like in the pictures or better. The deck around the big tree was out of a fairy tale. They really made something special with the lights and the barbacue and the swings for the kids. We didn't light up the fireplace because it was summer and outside was so pretty, but I believe in winter it's even better."
"Very welcoming Hosts met us to hand over keys and go through facilities in the property. The gite contained everything you could need for a comfortable stay and was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. It is Close to chateaux chambord and several others also only short drive away. The Gite is situated in a fairly rural area so transport is essential. The drive approaching the property is surrounded by fields growing sunflowers which offer a idyllic photo opportunity when we visited in mid July. There are several supermarkets a short drive away. The owners have a very friendly Brittany Spaniel and live onsite. the gite is detached and has ample space for parking as well as being secure with an electronic gate. There is an outdoor dining/ seating area adjacent to the property. The owners have chickens that you can visit and purchase Eggs for your breakfast. A very delightful accommodation and enjoyable stay we were sad to leave."
