"Location, location, location! Perfect spot during the busy summer season when you want to escape the crowds of Annecy. The balcony with the lake view is fantastic for nice meals. Right on the lake for swimming and cooling of on the nice grass lawn. Hotel next door has a nice restaurant and there are bakeries close by."
"The place certainly could use some minor fixes and and could be cleaner but overall great value for money! Would be nice to have Wifi for foreigners who are not on European cell phone programs."
