L'artiste en duplex

"Everything was great! I was the first person who rented this apartment, so everything was just new. The apartment has everything one may need, from a teaspoon to all other kitchenware. The location is great as well, just 5 minutes to the lake with an amazing view on mountains, the neighborhood is very green and looks safe and cozy. There are a big private parcking, supermarket and drugstore near the house. The owner is extremely nice and pleasant in communication. I liked my stay here so much. I'd definitely book it once again if I'll be vising Annecy next year."

"Good value, excellent friendly host, lovely house, very well equiped in a very quiet area"

"Very spacious and comfortable house, with a cosy fire. Super equipped kitchen with oven and microwave. Nice shower and enough bathrooms for all 6 of us. The owner is very kind and ready to help with anything you need. All was lovely and the little goats super cute. Super nice stay for children as well."

"Apartment is very spacious and well laid out. Central location is fantastic."

"Easy key collection, good location, good views, nice gift of wine/water/juice in the fridge when we arrived."

"Really good location, close to the centre, but quiet and peaceful. Nice terrace to have a relaxing drink on after a day out. Great host who was easy to contact and gave lots of recommendations for bars, restaurants and places to visit."

"Logement à proximité du Zoo de Beauval avec beaucoup de services dans la commune (supermarché, boulangerie/sandwicherie...). Et logement confortable avec jardin, terrasse, parking privé."
