"The service was superb! We had an issue with some bedsheets. We signaled it very late on our first night. After a series of texts - definitely outside office hours! - we had someone come and collect and replace them at our earliest convenience the very next morning. The customer service was impeccable. 110%. 5 stars. I would definitely recommend to a couple or young family with max 2 children because of the size of the place"

"Excellent location, near the main centre where there were plenty of good shops and also near the beach with its prom, cafés and restaurants. The apartment was on the 8th floor of one of the iconic apartment buildings with great views of the sea and port. Large glassed-in terrace, very safe for our grandson equipped with sliding windows and electric blinds. The kitchen was well-equipped and plenty of cupboard and drawer space in the bedrooms."
