"The property was wonderful: quiet, spacious, clean, good shower, comfortable bed, beautiful view from the balcony. Everything was there for cooking and a coffee machine as well. A nice patisserie nearby, beach across the road and a small grocery store 5 mins away. I would highly reccomend the place. Just a note - there is no lift to the second floor."

"This is a very comfortable apartment. It is filled with daylight as it is on the top floor with large glass sliding doors that open onto a balcony. The apartment was very clean on arrival. It is very well-equipped, especially in the kitchen. The bed had a supportive mattress. The apartment complex was very quiet at night. There is a pleasant view over neighbouring houses and trees from the living room area."
"The sliding door to the balcony is slightly heavy and sometimes a little difficult to close securely, but this was an extremely minor point in an excellent apartment."
"Das helle und freundliche Appartment liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in Strandnähe. Es hat einen privaten Parkplatz! Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Es gibt einen schönen Balkon. Am Strand lang oder der Promenade kann man in die Altstadt gehen (ca. 1 Stunde). Die Landschaft an der Küste ist großartig. Wir haben in der Umgebung viele große Burgen und Kirchen angesehen. Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub."

"L emplacement calme, la terrasse, l équipement il y a tout ce qu il faut, grande douche, canapé hyper confortable!! l adorable dame toujours un petit mot agréable chaque jour. La place de parking le faite que ce soit une résidence c'est sécurisée. Bref tout était parfait merci pour ce super séjour au plaisir de revenir vous voir l année prochaine, l emplacement central pour visiter on était a proximité de tout ce qu'on voulait voir, un magasin d alimentation a 300 mètres pratique. Merci encore on a adoré ce côté de votre belle région"

"Het huisje was door de inrichting en aankleding heel snel thuis voor ons. Het huisje was over compleet ingericht. Wasmachine, vaatwastabletten, boeken, kruiden....Aan alles was gedacht. De eieren die we bij aankomst kregen bleken van de kippen te komen die in de tuin liepen. De gastheren zijn heel attent. De stilte rondom het huisje vonden wij heerlijk."

"Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans la maison que nous avons loué à Royan. L’équipement de la maison était excellent et ne laissait rien à désirer, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir à l’aise dès notre arrivée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement calme tout en restant proche du centre et des principaux points d’intérêt. La belle piscine en particulier était une grande attraction."
"Nous avons récupéré les clefs à l'agence immobilière en charge du bien. L'heure initiale éatit à 16h00 mais nous avons appelés en arrivant à 14h30 et les clefs étaient déjà disponible. L'appartement était vraiment très bien, très confortable. 3 grand chambres spacieuses et lumineuses, toutes équipées de volets roulants électriques et de la climatisation réversible. Idéalement située à 700m de la plage et du centre ville, on fait tout a pied. Parking très disponible autour de la maison et un garage de 2 voitures dans la maison."
