"The Location is Ideal, less than 5 minutes walk from the metro. Also the tram stop is literally less than 200 metres from the front door and there's a takeaway and bakery just opposite to the place.and a budget super market just on the street corner. The room was clean and got the basics. After all it's budget friendly place. When I stayed, there was a security guard manning the reception area and that was a plus."

"The area looks a bit sketchy, but I didn't mind as I used it as a base. No real internet connection on the 2nd floor so I was moved to the first and the connection there was perfect. If you're on a tight spending allowance, then you won't find cheaper."

"Close to Saint Denis university ( where is transfer from and to Beauvais airport) 13 minutes walk. Shop at the corner close to metro station. Cozy street ( still not recommended to stay late on the street but in relevant time everything great)"
