The property is in a gated area with a well-maintained garden, which added to the sense of peace and security. Superb apartment in the middle of the beautiful St Germain - near two metro lines, art galleries, furniture stores and boutiques. Bistros and quality restaurants/brasserie everywhere! Walking distance to the Monoprix, Carrefour, Bon Marche and Marche St Germain. Apartment is airy, modern with high ceilings, stunning ceiling woodworks, wooden/travertine tile floors. Roomy with an excellent bedroom, full kitchen/washing machine, lounge and bathroom. Heating was perfect and also ready for summer with aircon. Highly recommended!"
