"The family that runs this hotel is super friendly. They really try to make you feel comfortable. Gluten free breakfast was available upon request. During the week that we stayed in the hotel they organised a nice dinner one evening. We were also allowed to order food and eat it in the common area next to the bar when all restaurants in town were fully booked. The ski bus stops in front of the hotel. It is just a few minutes walk to the city center."

"Very nice place. I arrived late and the reception staff did a fantastic job, I felt very welcomed! The location is great too, right in the centre and not far from the university, where I was attending a conference."
"The staff were brilliant. We managed to ourselves lost and they sent a member of staff out to find us. Superb. The kitchen was closed when we eventually arrived but they brought us a number of delicious snacks . The position of the hotel is in a very pretty spot next to the river."

"Very friendly, helpful staff, especially when we arrived. Easy access from the motorway. Very dog friendly, paid a small supplement, but was expected. Dogs welcome in the restaurant. Good evening meal, and breakfast. Plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. Lovely and warm."

There was plenty of parking, and all the staff were all very friendly. The room was basic, but it had all the essential facilites and, most importantly, it was very clean."
