"We loved the owners of the hotel who could not do enough for us. A very personalised experience, lost in some of the bigger, chain hotels. Stephane’s food is imbued with his dedication and having eaten all week, he does not disappoint with his work, invention and variety. Sandrine is a perfect host, equally devoted to making her guests happy."
