"Bien équipé ( fours, grand frigidaire et congélateur , grand lit et climatisation). Patrick et Valérie sont très gentils et avenants. Le bas de la maison est très frais c'est tres agréable quand on rentre de balade, pour le haut , sous les toits c'est différent mais comme il y a la clim en quelques minutes c'est arrangé."
"Nous habitons une maison très lumineuse et mes fenêtres sont très souvent ouvertes. La maison est un peu sombre. La terrasse enclavée entre tous les bâtiments manque un peu d air, mais pas le choix le logement est situé au coeur du petit bourg très mignon."

"The apartment was huge as well as terrase. We've found eveything we needed and more for comfortable vacation. The staff was very helpful and we can comunicate in english without any issues. We've got a welcome basket and a free breakfast on a first morning. We've found the fresh flowers in a room upon pur arrival as well. Overall, the stay exteed our expectations."

"We loved that it was walking distance to everything. We could walk to the beach in 15 minutes, and the train station+ the tram is 5 minutes away. The area has many nice, international restaurants, and the bakery is just across the street. The apartment has everything you need, and we even got a bottle of wine when we arrived. The bed is comfy, and even the sofabed was ok. According to the host, the whole apartment was refurbished one year ago. We also loved Nice itself! A beautiful, clean city, with lots of restaurants and shops, and the most wonderful old city we have ever seen."

"Lovely little apartment, never met the owner but they were considerate, kept messaging and asking how is everything and we shouldnt hesitate to contact if we need anything. There was no toaster but any other kitchen materias / appliances were there. Cleaning products were also available. It was 18 min. walk from the main train station which has been an easy walk for us. 8 min. walk to little Venice area and the covered market building where you can do food shopping as well as eat something. Tourist information was about 6 min walk and the ladies were very helpful. Near Hanzi museum you can get little trains for a tour of the town which is about 3 min walk. (Please do not sit at Salon de the du Musee cafe, manager / waitress of the place extremely rude and disrespectful to the costumers) Wi-Fi and heating system working perfectly. We stayed 5 nights, and it was a pleasant stay."

The host communicated with us via WhatsApp to confirm our arrival time, met us in person, showed us everything, handed over the keys, and recommended some excursions.
