"This was not the best for a family of 4-best for a couple. We had teen-age daughters and the couch is awkward to use. No AC is also a real set back for those used to it"

"The apartment is beautiful, very big and comfortable. Children (9&12) loved colors there and mezzanine :) There is also a big table for eating or plaing board games :) we were visiting christmas markets so location for this purpose is very good, 5 min walk. We haven’t heard noises from the street nor from the trains so do not bother about that. The host, Thierry is very helpful and has a beautiful dog :) For us it was a pleasant stay, so we fully recommend that place!"

"We loved the entire experience of the apartment. Situated in a great location, easily accessable to the Peracche train station. We had everything we needed and wanted. The host Theiry, had provided great detailed instruction and had organised another person to provide us access to the apartment, who also gave us a "tour" of the apartment to give us information as to how things work etc. We settled in very well. The apartment itself has a wonderful feel with interesting, quirky and colourful furnishings and fittings. Couldn't recommend it more highly."

"Lovely large apartment close to the river Soane and with a good view of the river and opposite bank. Particularly liked the mezzanine sitting area to watch the boats go up and down."
