"Excellent location for skiing and very clean. Didn’t meet staff but any support we needed was dealt with quickly via messaging. Only issue we had was hot water.. there wasn’t enough for 5-people but we did manage to get this sorted so only struggled first day or so. Would be a good idea to have constant hot water rather than having to switch it each morning - just a recommendation. Our overall experience was not affected we are an easy going family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just as an after thought - there is WiFi - previous reviews said there isn’t so pleasant surprise and good connection. Would recommend and would definitely look to rebook if heading back to Chatel."
"The position and the parking were excellent. All in all good."
"Great location! Very clean apartment. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, and hygiene kits."
"It was a very cozy place with everything that you need for living being there. Host was great and he wanted to help out however he could with the stay. Great experience with everything and will definitely come again!"
