La qualité du mobilier et des équipements de cuisine, la richesse et la beauté de la décoration, la rapidité de la connexion internet et la tranquillité du quartier vous font sentir au moins aussi bien qu'à la maison. Je remercie l'hôte de nous avoir permis d'arriver bien plus tôt que prévu (jusqu'à 10 h) et d'avoir veillé à créer un confort de rêve. L'emplacement est tout près de la promenade que nous avons parcourue dans son intégralité et à moins de 3 km de l'aéroport d'où nous sommes arrivés à pied le matin. L'eau de Nice est d'un turquoise unique et le sable des innombrables plages est très fin. Le rapport qualité-prix est incomparable et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir si l'occasion se présente."

"Jako šarmantan, simpatično namešten stan. Oduševila nas je terasa sa puno cveća i u tipično francuskom stilu, divno mesto za jutarnju kafu. Dosta sadržaja, posuđa, kućnih aparata, stan ima sve što nam je bilo potrebno za kraći boravak. Lokacija je takodje sjajna, u mirnom kraju, gradskim prevozom odlično povezana kako sa aerodromom (10-ak minuta tramvajem), tako i sa centrom grada. U okolini ima pekara, supermarketa, na samo par minuta hoda. Plaža je takodje relativno blizu. Moram da pohvalim i Andreu, imali smo sjajnu komunikaciju sve vreme, jako brzo odgovara na poruke, a čak smo i pomerili vreme za check out kako nam je odgovaralo, obzirom da smo let imali tek popodne."
"Moglo je da bude malo čistije (pod, prašina u ćoškovima i slično). Medjutim, nije ništa toliko strašno, nije nam negativno uticalo na boravak, ali samo zbog toga je ocena nešto niža."
