The host's warm welcome and hospitality, easy communication, the lively neighbourhood with everything close by (restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc), a perfectly equipped and spotlessly clean, spacious apartment with a breathtaking view across the harbour on one side and Elba on the other, free parking included within walking distance.
