"Very friendly welcoming host. Made us feel so welcome and spoke in English for us which was very kind of them. The breakfast was great too. Easy to walk to a good place to eat in what seemed a very friendly village."

"Our host went out of his way to make us comfortable after our long journey, laying a dinnertable so we could enjoy dinner in his home - we'd bought a lasagne and salad that he prepared and served with thoughtful additions including homemade vinegarette. Very comfortable room, quiet too. And a delicious breakfast with homemade jams. Highly recommended. "The town was beautiful, clearly medieval, clean streets, friendly atmosphere. The hotel was excellent. The owner & staff were delightful, extremely welcoming, not over the top fake, but genuinely friendly. There was a lounge area where you could relax and a range of books to chill and read. The room was great. Quiet, clean, comfortable, spacious- everything you want in a hotel after a long day of driving. Big shower and full size towels, creamy and well foaming shower gel / shampoo. The decor and detail was just right and they had a pot of sweets! We had a very good night's sleep in a comfortable bed, with a comfortable pillow. Breakfast was fantastic. Already laid out ready for you. Big cups of tea or coffee, fresh fruit salad, delicious croissant, fresh, crunchy bread with homemade selection of jams. It was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and if we're ever in the area again, we would stay there. A really great little gem."

"The owners of this property are some of the most kind people I have ever met. I booked last minute as a result of a miscalculation on my part and was met with exceptional hospitality. The bed was very comfortable and I had a large updated room to myself. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone passing through."
