"It needs one more mug, the kettle descaling, some new pillows, the bed screws need tightening, and the shower needs repairs. In the grand scheme of things, near perfect."

Fortunately, a French resident helped us out and rang the contact number (we couldn't get through). Also, we were on the top floor and had to carry our suitcases up three floors on very narrow staircases (we understand this cannot be rectified)."
