"La salle de bain, propre, est un peu exiguë. À noter que les toilettes en sont séparées ce qui constitue un plus. Le fonctionnement de la télé et des 2 télécommandes est parfois un peu capricieux."
"Uitzicht is mooi, dit appartement zit op een goede locatie op een niet al te drukke plek in de stad. Je bent zo uit de stad en je bent ook via een mooie, rustige wijk bij de Puy de Dome. Je kunt er vlakbij parkeren op een groot parkeerterrein of in de garage privé parkeren. Het is een mooi, fijn appartement, echt Frans met een Frans balkon voor het raam, mooie keuken, netjes, de badkamer is goed, aparte wc wat erg fijn is. Het bed is niet groot maar het ligt heerlijk. En mocht je tv willen kijken maar ik zou er op uit gaan want Clermont-Ferrand en omgeving is zeer de moeite waard. Vooral de Puy de Dome op lopen is een aanrader, dit vroeg in de ochtend doen is het mooist."

"Zentral gelegen nur wenige Meter von der Grande Rue bietet diese moderne Ferienwohnung auf zwei Etagen alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Sehr bequeme Betten (mit Lademöglichkeiten fürs Handy am Kopfende), eine gut ausgestattete Küche inklusive Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine und einem großen Esstisch für sechs Personen, drei großzügige Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und Aircondition in allen Räumen. WLAN gibt es zudem auch; ist aber nicht das schnellste und der Upload dauert ewig. Uns hat es in zwei Wochen an nichts gefehlt. Parken ist an der Unterkunft direkt nicht möglich - aber in nur 200 Metern Entfernung befindet sich ein großer kostenfreier Parkplatz (Rue du Rem de la Streng), wo sich in zwei Wochen immer ein Platz fand. Das nächstgelegene Restaurant ist eine Treppe tiefer."
