"La fonctionnalité de la maison et les équipements. L'exposition et le chauffage au sol (je suis une grande frileuse en hiver). La disposition des espaces. La gentillesse des hôtes. Les petits détails qui font qu'on se sent bien. La bibliothèque. Les jeux."

"Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft Ty Roise war einfach perfekt. Eine sehr nette und sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin . Sie hat alles getan , damit wir uns wohlfühlen. Zur Begrüßung standen Blumen auf dem Tisch und Cidre im Kühlschrank. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön unweit vom Hafen und den Stränden. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Grill einer großen Küche mit allem was man braucht. Eine große Terrasse die zum verweilen einlädt. Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet."

"First of all: hotel have very friendly staff and I appreciate it a lot! We have stayed in the hotel pretty short, but the experience was very good. Room cleaned well, everything looked like on the pictures. Check in process was smooth and the neighborhood of the hotel relatively quiet. There is short walking distance to La Defense station and neighborhood La Defense Arena (in case if anybody is planning to attend any concert and events in that venue). Hotel owns underground parking places for travelers coming by a car. We have rented one parking slot and were happy over its security. Overall nice experience. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!"

"Pleasant, quiet and roomy enough for 3. Could have hosted up to 6, in fact. Living room / cooking angle with patio on the ground floor; toilet with shower also on gr.fl. First fllor: two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and basin. Patio had chairs table and sun umbrella (a bit shopworn). Sea was to be seen from the upper bedroom. Beach may be 1 km from house. Did not use the pool, but it was available. Bread and patisserie could be ordered. An Intermarché was at like 10 min."

"Great location in the town with the river flowing at the bottom of the garden. Situated in a beautiful part of France with attractions of Les Eyzies de Tayac just along then road. Town has a number of restaurants close to the property."

"Perfect location and all the facilities you could want. Easy instructions to gain entry as we were there late. Within 5 minutes of the train station and eight in the centre of town. Lots of stock items in the apartment which was very handy and very much appreciated."

"Breakfast was superb: charcuterie, cheeses, crepes, homemade yogurts, custards and jams, endless fresh coffee, different types of bread etc. We loved the quiet, the coin de jardin just for us, the space, the facilities for the money we paid, even an extra shower room with sauna if we needed it, separate sitting room, kitchenette etc. It was like a cross between a gite and a b&b, with the best qualities of both. Jo and Véro couldn't have been better hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them to make our stay enjoyable."
