"I had bad luck and I didnt have hot water during my stay. Host was trying to fix it, but as my stay was short, i was already leaving. He offered me compensation for next stay, which is well appreciated. These things can happen and only because of this i had to give 9, instead of 10 :)"

"The apartment is easy to reach from where we were dropped off in Monaco, the host kindly made every effort and we checked in earlier than we should have which after an early flight was great. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen is modern and well equiped and we had a lovely sea view, keys in a keybox and by the time we had arrived we had the code to get into the building and the apartment it was seamless and easy. Laurent kept in touch with us without being intrusive and nothing was too much trouble for him.I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to be close to Monaco without paying Monaco prices, there is also a well stocked supermarket 5 minutes away handy for getting essentials like wine and milk. Thank you Laurent for a lovely stay"

"Apartment was comfortable, but a bit tired, air-conditioner was noisy with a strange sound like a security alarm, high floor without elevator, far from the beach - we used three public elevatorss that was not easy to find :) to get down to the beach which was very comfortable, but water in the sea was dirty :("
