"Tout était impeccable, un très bel appartement, très propre il n'y avait absolument rien qui manquait, la literie impeccable aussi , la petite terrasse ,très agréable pour l'apéro , la déco très recherchée, l'extérieur avec la piscine , avec la pergola et le grand canapé , vraiment tout était très bien ."
"L'escalier , mais cela nous a permis de faire un peu d'exercice. Par contre les frais de ménage devraient être rajoutés au prix affiché et booking apparament ne l'a pas fait un si bel appart nécessite beaucoup d'entretien et donc des frais et c'est normal que cette propriétaire touche plus qu'indiqué."
"Le calme, le sentiment d’être seul au monde et la piscine pour se rafraîchir. En termes d’équipements, il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans l’appartement ce qui est rare. Nous ne sommes pratiquement jamais sortis de la Villa et l’accueil et la disponibilité de Nathalie sont un must. Si on cherche la qualité, la tranquillité et le bien-être, il ne faut pas hésiter avec la villa l’Abri :)."
"J’ai tout aimé mais s’il faut chercher un détail, je dirai que le matelas était beaucoup trop dur, mais c’est un avis très personnel qui ne remet pas en question l’envie de revenir."

"The river at the end of the garden and all the provisions to get out on it! Franck has set this up so well. There were plenty of canoes for us as a family of 4 to get out and enjoy the river. Plus all you need, paddles, life jackets etc. Also very handy location to get out into the forest for some bouldering. Very quiet and peaceful location. The TV was great and the WiFi was reliable."

"The apartment was very well located - close to lake ( plage de Marquisat) and is only a 10-15 mins walk from the old town. It was also very spacious and has all the amenities, including washer dryer and lots of toys for our 5 year old. The apartment was new and clean, with comfy beds. There was also parking in the garage. It was perfect for our week long stay in Annecy."
