"Sarah is a lovely host of this B&B, really warm and friendly and loves to have a natter making you feel very welcome. Great breakfast served in the morning to start off your day. The property is located within walking distance of the local Lusty Glaze beach, and has various amenities close to hand, such as a Spar store, fish and chip shop, post office etc. Stayed here for 3 nights with the family and our two dogs and it was great."
"Not Sarah's fault, she was experiencing issues with the wifi at the accommodation, and trying her best to resolve the problem. If you have a large vehicle, like ours, we found the street parking close by the easier option."

I have mobility problems and she moved us to the annex to avoid the steps.this is a lovely room with a recliner chair to watch TV from. Sarah serves a lovely breakfast we had the full English, really set us up for the day. Thank you Sarah you made our holiday x"

"Such a warm and welcoming environment. Nothing was too much to ask of Sarah the owner. It felt like staying with a family member what with the cats dogs fish & turtles, so homely The room we had was Clean and Spacious . We didn't have breakfast as met other family members staying elsewhere but the options were good and easy to order the night before It did smell delicious of a morning though We stayed for a week and would most definitely go back again Highly recommended 👌"
