"Diana ve Jade iyi niyetli, yardımsever, güler yüzlü çalışanlardı. Özellikle Diana karşılamada yaşadığım sıkıntıları duyunca, diğer günlerimin güzel geçmesi için elinden gelen her türlü yardımı, rehberliği ve desteği sağladı. Teşekkürler. Bunun dışında çevre düzenlemesini, mimariyi ve havuzu beğendim."

"Cadija beni hiç iyi karşılamadı. Susuzdum, gelir gelmez su satın almak istedim, "su yok" dedi. "Çeşme suyu içiliyor mu" diye sordum, "evet" dedi. Oysa ertesi gün Diana beni çeşme suyunu kaynatıp soğutmadan içmemem konusunda uyardı. Bagajlarımı taşımama kimse yardım etmedi. Tek başıma yokuş yukarı taşıdım. Fişlerim prizlere uymadı. Cadija'ya C-pap cihazıyla uyuduğumu anlattım, "bu gece öleceğim" dedim, "OK" dedi. Gece vakti ıssız bir yoldan alışveriş merkezine gitmek zorunda kaldım. Döndüğümde buzdolabı çalışmıyordu. Cadija buzdolabı için birini göndermedi. Nedense bana düşman gibiydi. Başka birine ulaştım, o Jade'i gönderdi. Cadija bana hayatımın en kötü karşılamasını yaşattı. Her şeyi geçtim, bir bardak su bile veremiyorsan resepsiyon görevlisi olmamalısın."

"This is a comfortable budget option in a great location for all Grand Anse has to offer. The staff could not be more helpful, friendly and cheerful."

"The kitchen was not well equipped, but a quick stop off at the home wares shop sorted that for a few EC. The curtains and furnishings are pretty worn but serviceable. It's not luxury but it's very clean and in a fabulous location."

"I must say - staff is so friendly and hospitable, that I am speechless. What ever you ask them, they'll try to make aragements for you. There is a nice view from the balcony on the Caribbean Sea."

"Breakfast was little overpricey. There is no separate beach towels, and they do not allowed those bathroom being uses. Taxi services that they arrange for you is also overpriced."

"The hotel is in an excellent location between Morne Rouge and Grand Anse. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are really excellent. We had breakfast/lunch in the hotel a few times and the food was excellent, Raynall was always smiling and helpful. The other staff were also all lovely and could not do more for you. We will certainly come back. We asked for a low room due to my husbands knee problems and had a perfect room by the pool."
