"The most fantastic and peaceful hotel in Tbilisi, Georgia. I'm a Korean traveler who has traveled to Georgia several times. I've stayed at numerous hotels in Tbilisi, but this one is my favorite. The most amazing thing about this hotel is the kindness of the owner. He was incredibly helpful in every way, from the smallest to the largest. He's truly kind and attentive to his guests. Another great thing was the room. It was incredibly peaceful and cozy. The hot water and Wi-Fi were perfect. The location was also excellent. While it's a bit uphill, it's still within walking distance of the city center. The surrounding neighborhood is very calm and quiet, and the locals are also very friendly. I highly recommend this place."

"The house is in a really nice old neighbourhood of Tbilisi. I found the owner David and his mother to be really nice and helpful. I was able to use the washing machine in their house for free etc. The property is small and cosy and it shares a garden area with the owner. Maybe 15 to 20 minutes walk to the centre of Tbilisi. I had issues with checking in due to no sim card and arriving late from Armenia and the taxi driver dropping me in the wrong location. David waited up for me and I found him to be very helpful"

"Стиральная машина находится в соседнем здании.Лучше иметь с собой стиральный порошок.Стирка 2 раза по 15 минут.При такой стирке капсулы не подойдут. На окно в кухне лучше повесить более плотную штору."

"Pan domácí i jeho maminka byli moc milí a vstřícní, dali nám skvělé tipy na výlety po Gruzii, pomohli nám s vyhledáním spojů do Arménie. Ubytování je na kouzelném místě blízko do centra. Byli jsme zde dvakrát a určitě můžeme doporučit!"

"Otel çok merkezi. Zaten Zugdidi küçük bir yer. Harika bir butik oteldi. Terastaki yüzme havuzu tek kelimeyle muhteşem. Sahibinin çiftliği varmış galiba, oradan taze süt geliyormuş ve 2. katta kahvaltı katında çalışan Nana o sütle peynir ve yoğurt yapıyor. Gerçekten çok lezzetli. Nana'ya çok teşekkürler, ellerine sağlık, aynı zamanda Türkçe de biliyor kendisi. Kahvaltısı doyurucu, fakat tek çeşit peynir vardı ve kruvasan ile taze portakal suyu da olsaydı daha iyi olurdu. Odaların büyüklüğü de harikaydı. Tam bir dinlenme oteli."

Mestia'dan yürüyüş sonrası dinlenebileceğiniz gölgede bir hamağı ve bahçesinde sevebileceğiniz iki tane çok tatlı buzağı var. Banyo ve tuvalet temiz, sıcak su var. Ev sahipleri misafirperver, yemekler sade, yerel ve lezzetli. Malxaz Bey ve ailesine harika bir konaklama için teşekkür ederim."

"A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."
"The dinner and the breakfast were rich and tasty. Many of the raw materials for the food are grown by the family (f.e. tomatoes, cucumbers, eggs, honey, trout, etc.) and they offer also own wine."
