"Tidy cosy apartment. Despite being an attic, it never felt claustrophobic and it was actually pretty nicely decorated! The water was always warm , and the room felt very clean. The "city center" , if you can call it that, is around 20-30 minute walk. The host was very helpful and provided everything we needed. (Make sure to have cash with you to pay the apartment)."

The location is perfect: close to restaurants, cafes, and all the main attractions of the city. The owner is a very helpful and friendly man, always ready to assist with any questions. "It is a great, comfortable room with everything you need as a traveler. It is clean and with unique style in interior design. It is a very good place to rest after a day in Tbilisi as it is very quiet. The view is amazing! I liked the location- it encouraged me the explore the right side of the river more e.g. Vakhtang Chabukiani Memorial Museum and the Baratashvili Bridge pass. I highly recommend staying at Roofs."

"A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."
