"Konum olarak şehrin merkezinde yer alması, Piazza Meydanı’na iki dakikada gidebilmemiz, yürüyerek her rotaya gidebilmemiz, yurt dışından gelenler için internet hizmeti ve personelin iyi ve rahat yaklaşımı oldukça keyif almamızı ve rahat olmamızı sağladı. Gece 03.00’te girebildik. 24 saat resepsiyon hizmeti de var."

"We had an exceptional holiday at Tokaplus Hotel in Batumi! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The rooms were spotless, the beds super comfy, and the whole place had a cozy, welcoming vibe. What really made our stay unforgettable was the amazing hospitality. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. A special thank you to Anzor, our host, who went above and beyond—he welcomed us in the middle of the night, even before our planned check-in date, which was such a relief after a long journey. And to top it all off, on our last days, he gifted us a couple of bottles of homemade wine and a little bit of chacha—such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that we'll never forget."
