"After a half-hour walk from the Spanish border (easy, flat but construction diversion - Feb 2026), I found number 12 not far from Casemates Square. Door code is provided on day of arrival. Up one flight to my room #2. Didn’t see the host, but messaging was prompt. Small studio, with table and two stools; kettle, toaster, microwave, sink and small fridge; comfortable bed; small shower room. Windows have shutters and good drapes and face the building opposite. Good-quality windows shut out street sounds. Everything works well, and the ceiling fan and lighting are good. TV has satellite channels, many English-language. I appreciated the historical information in the welcome binder. I did not see a clothes-drying rack, which is on the amenity list."

"WiFi is slow (17.5/2.6 Mbps). A few knives would be useful (paring, bread, chopping). No stovetop."

"Everything - excellent comms (from the clear instructions on how to find the apartment, how to pick up the keys and answering any questions I had); the size of the apartment, how well maintained it was, the clean, soft and fresh linen and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The hosts are thoughtful and took great care to make my stay feel comfortable, clean and relaxing. I really loved the double aspect of the apartment, with a view of the Rock from my balcony and a view of the sea from my bedroom. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you so much!"

"The apartment was clean, stylish, and comfortable with excellent facilities including a kitchen, microwave, fridge and freezer, widescreen TV with Sky, lovely big sliding door with great views over Gib, as well as access to a pool and gym, with a Costa coffee in the foyer. It’s in a great location near some very nice restaurants such as Rendezvous, The Lounge, Monique’s, and Cafe Pepe (fabulous fish!) and a short walk to a nice tapas wine bar, Main Street, Casemates Square and only 20 mins walk to the cable car. The added bonus is being next door to Morrisons- we don’t want to eat out all the time so it is very convenient to have bread, cheese, salad, and wine on the doorstep. All the staff are incredibly nice, with a special mention for Kristina who gave us a really amazing room! I’ve been here for work many times, this is the first holiday we’ve ever had here and I highly recommend staying at Atlantic Suites - for a perfect holiday apartment."

"Great location, 2 minutes walk from bars and restaurants on the waterfront at Ocean Village, 5 minutes to bus station, taxi rank and town centre with cafes, bars, restaurants and of course shops. Great communication from host both before and during our stay. Arriving very late (almost midnight) due to flight being diverted to Malaga due to torrential rain and thunderstorms, it was lovely to receive a message from our host checking that we had arrived safely, and we very much appreciated the chilled bottle of wine and water left for us in the fridge!"
