"We have stayed at the Danaos three times. It is in a great location, immediately opposite the Nea Chora beach. The rooms at the front have sea views, but we stayed in a cheaper room at the back. The balcony was a reasonable size, the bed comfortable, good air conditioning (at no extra cost) and a nice bathroom including a modern shower. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there is a nice bar at the front of the hotel which also serves food. The old Venetian Harbour and Chania old town are about a 15 minute walk away. We will certainly stay here again."

"The breakfast would be nice if will be more option to choose like greek salad or somwthing changes during the holiday on 2 weeks is nice to have sometimes changes and choices.But other that is great place for holoday"

"Room cleanliness = outstanding. Location in front of the beach = fantastic. Restaurants, shops etc v close by = good. Fridge bigger than expected. All the staff were friendly, helpful, polite and spoke English! Would definitely stay here again."

"wifi was not secure - it was a public wifi without password with authorization from web page, which is bad in terms of security. if you are using this wi fi better use at least VPN"

"The owners and all the staff were so lovely and helpful with anything you may need, the location of the hotel is perfect it’s on the beach and a lovely stroll away from the old town, couldn’t of asked for a better stay we would definitely stay here again"
