"La Casa Verde was perfect for my 3 week stay. It was within walking distance of Ermoupoli town center, the old town and a gorgeous swimming spot. Perched on a hill, it had great views over the town. The house was well equipped and comfortable. Nontas was very helpful and amenable. Hopefully I will have a chance to visit Syros and stay there again!"

"Nontas was amazing from start to finish with clear, responsive, and helpful communication via WhatsApp and was so friendly and welcoming. He helped us with our luggage on arrival and departure and also helped us arrange a taxi. Comfortable beds, great shower with plenty of hot water, and a very thorough and friendly cleaner. High-speed internet, which worked best in the living room and main bedroom, so I was able to work online."

"La Casa Verde is a renovated house with beautifully considered interiors and equipped with everything you need. Clean, tidy, comfortable beds, efficient air con - everything was perfect. Nontas was an excellent host who supported us before our arrival and throughout our stay. Nontas made the stay extra special, offering advice when requested and even booking an early morning taxi to the airport. The house is up on a hillside and this gives the spacious roof terrace the most amazing views of the town and the surrounding islands. It’s easily reached on foot either by using the town stairs (which are one of the unique features of Ermoupoli) or walking via the outside roads – it takes no more than a comfortable 10-15 minutes’ walk to the harbour front. We really enjoyed our stay at La Casa Verde and loved everything Syros had to offer. We hope to return!"

"The apartment is located almost at the top of Wrondado Hill. Despite the large number of stairs to climb, we were delighted with the view from the terrace of Ermoupoli and the port. Design of the apartment is modern. All facilities are provided. The apartment is very clean, quiet and comfortable. It's hard to find a better accommodation in Ermoupoli. I wholeheartedly recommend it."

"Ich habe eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht! Nontas, der mir das Haus übergeben hat, ist ein großartiger Mensch – seine Tipps waren sehr hilfreich und haben meinen Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Das Haus war bei meiner Ankunft blitzsauber und ist wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet. Man sieht sofort, dass es mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet wurde – jedes Detail passt einfach. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir das Hauptschlafzimmer mit der sehr bequemen Matratze, auf der ich ausgezeichnet geschlafen habe. Auch die Klimaanlagen und das Entfeuchtungsgerät haben für ein sehr angenehmes Raumklima gesorgt. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt! Die Aussicht - vor allem von der Dachterrasse aus - auf Ermoupoli und das Meer ist einfach atemberaubend und die Insel Syros selbst ist wunderschön, mit unglaublich gastfreundlichen Menschen. Ich bin alleine gereist und habe mich zu jeder Zeit sicher und willkommen gefühlt. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!"

Άνετο, ιδιαίτερα δροσερό (σημαντικό σε ημέρες καύσωνα), με όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις (air condition, tv, internet, ζεστό νερό, ψυγείο, σίδερο, κρεμάστρα για απλωμα ρούχων, κρυα νερά στο ψυγείο κλπ.). Ηδε ταράτσα του για τις βραδινές ώρες must (με ένα μεγάλο τραπέζι για φιλοξενία τρίτων) με θέα το λιμάνι της Σύρου και τα γύρω νησιά. Ο υπεύθυνος εξυπηρετικότατος και πάντα στη διάθεσή μας. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα."

"Ich war mit einem Kollegen für einen Sprachaufenthalt in Syros. Man wohnt bei den Ortsansässigen. Kein Feriengetto. Wir konnten mit den Nachbarn unsere griechisch Kenntnisse testen. Aussicht von Dachterrasse super. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Die Dusche sauber und mit warmen Wasser!!"
"Das Haus befand sich ziemlich weit oben. Vom Zentrum bis zum Haus Treppen steigen, Treppen, steigen. Man kann auch Taxis nehmen. Eine Fahrt kostet nur zwichen 5 und 6 Euro. Das WLAN funktioniert nur im untersten Stock einwandfrei. Habe bei der Abreise darauf hingewiesen."

"Δεν εχω λόγια,σαν να πήγαμε σε κάποιο συγγενή μας,η Μαίρη άψογη σε όλα ! Μας πήρε τηλ να μας καθοδηγήσει,έφερνε ξύλα για το τζάκι κάθε απόγευμα,ευγενικότατη,τα είχε ολα στην εντέλεια,πρωινό με φρυγανιές,καφέ,τσαι,μελι,και καλοσώρισμα.Ακόμα κ όταν ζητσαμε κάτι που είχαμε ξεχάσει να κραταμε μαζί μας (Ένα καλώδιο σύνδεσης ) Προσφέρθηκε άμεσα και μας βρήκε,και ειδικά εορταστικές μέρες που όλα ήταν κλειστά στην πόλη."

"Very nice modern apartment with all the amenities including air conditioning and washing machine, which was very helpful. It is located in about 100 meters from the beach in a small town of Vonitsa. It is not far from Lefkada, about 20 minutes by car. The host is very nice and even left some snacks for our breakfast on the first day. The bakery is next door, which is also very helpful."

"Selanik’te konaklayabileceğiniz en iyi nokta bence. Evin içinde bir yatak odası, bir salon bir Amerikan açık mutfak var. Çok büyük bir balkonu var. Yemekleri hep burada yedik. Akşam oturduk. Otopark sorunu yok. Ya evin önüne ta sa yakın bir konuna park edebilirsiniz. Ev paok stadına çok yakın. Maç günü çok yoğun oluyor. Tüm fotoğrafları paylaşıyorum. Mutfakta her türlü malzeme var. Evin içinde her şey düşünülmüş. Çok şık. Bir şarap bile bırakılmış. İkram ettiler. Konunu çok güzel. Yürüyerek merkez 25 dk. Merkezi konunda. Kötü yanı yok mu? Var. Çok gürültü geliyor dışarıdan, araç sesleri, korna sesi. Bir de Yunan vatandaşları akşamları balkonda oturup bağırarak konuşuyorlar. İnanılmaz yüksek ses. Ev sahibinin yapabileceği bir şey yok tabiki. Banyo da havalandırma olsa daha iyi olur. Bir daha gitsem yine tercih ederim. Tam bir profesyonel yönetim. Fotolar aşağıda"
"Simply perfect.... location, size, service ( response), view, supplice very clean. We spend 10 nights there , family of 2 adults and a child 7 years old. For sure next time in Thessaloniki we will try to get a hold of this apartment, there is no better place to stay in area! Just loved it. Don't have anything negative to say."
