"The views were breathtaking at every moment of the day. The idea that you could have your own kitchenette was really nice. Glenda was very responsive and attentive to us and we felt taken care for. This was one of the most beautiful stays"

"Not anything negative but just so people are aware for luggage concerns, the reality is that the property is high up on a cliff side overlooking the lake. To get there with big luggage is a bit touch but not impossible as we were 3 ladies with 3 big bags and we lugged them by ourselves both ways."

"Cuisine absolument incroyable, la vue est sublime et la cuisine est propre et très belle. La literie est très confortable, les chambres sont spacieuses. Les escaliers n’étaient pas un problème pour nous puisqu’il était clairement précisé l’emplacement et les marches pour accéder à l’hôtel. Idem pour la vue."

"Pas d’eau chaude pour prendre une douche. Premier chambre très humide, nous avons demandé à changer; le responsable a été très aimable et nous a tout de suite changé de chambre."

"The views from the penthouse unit was unbelievable - so nice to see so much of the lake just from sitting in our room! We appreciated having access to drinking water up on the common area on the fifth floor. Check in was smooth and our room was available much earlier in the day than we expected. The room was very spacious and we appreciated having different seating options. The location was very central to the Main Street and easy to get to/from the ferry dock (but be prepared for the short set of steep steps!) There are 2 ceiling fans in the room which helped to stay cool."

"Would have appreciated somewhere to put soap in the shower area (also a heads up that shower soap is not provided but towels and shampoo are)."

"Nos encantó el penthouse!! es maravilloso despertar y ver por esas enormes ventanas hacia ese lago tan hermoso, las lanchitas navegando, las montañas y ver el perfil del Rostro Maya gigante a corta distancia. Mónaco es un concepto muy diferente. Esas duchas sin paredes y cortinas para uso opcional, son elegantes y liberadoras!!! Volverémos a Mónco con más tiempo para descansar, leer, respirar en paz, para ESTAR!! En San Pedro, en mi experiencia es dificil encontrar parqueo, pero hay uno bueno y muy seguro a unos pasos de Mónaco."

"We booked the King Suite Penthouse and you can't beat the view of this location. The shared kitchen was great as well. Overall the team was quick to respond on whatsapp and helped out with checkin/out process."
