Çarşıya yürüme mesafesinde bulunuyordu. “Tuktuk” isimli motorlar da tercih edebilirsiniz. Ahmet bey bize bölgeyi gezmemiz için bir “Tuktuk” ayarladı ve istediğimiz yere gittik. Bunu çarşıda bulunan herhangi biri ile de pazarlık ederek yapabilirsiniz. Bu size kalmış birşey. Odalar çok soğuktu ve ekim ayından sonra gidecekler kalın eşya götürsünler. Gündüzleri çok güzel ancak çöl iklimi olduğu için geceleri bi o kadar soğuktu. Otelde klima olmamasından kaynaklı elektirikli ısıtıcı bulunuyordu ve yetmiyordu. Ancak Ahmet bey bize extra battaniye verdi ve yeterli gelmişti. Çok teşekkür ederiz."

"Wonderful apartment. Clean, comfortable, stylish. Large parking. Very friendly host. He even served us a light breakfast, which is rare for an apartment. The only thing I would add is a microwave in addition to the electric grill in the apartment, but that's a minor detail. I would recommend this apartment to my friends."

"Well kept clean house. The owner tried really hard to reach Western standard of living (limited by being in the Solomons of course). Solar hot water, large fridge/freezer of 300L plus. 24 hour electricity. No aircon but the house is extremely well ventilated. Open plan big kitchen, 4 burner gas hob, huge lounge with modern couches. 2 rooms + 1 bathroom on each side of the lounge, so totally 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Rooms are spacious, clean. Hot water shower! I wish I could share photos but booking.com doesn't have upload button."

1. The cost is per person, not per room, but somehow not clearly displayed on booking.com. 2. This is an isolated house on the water edge, private and peaceful, but 40min walking through muddy path to get to seghe town/Airport although a boat transfer is only 5min. You need to bring all your food in and cook during your stay. 3. You need to enquire about the boat transfer cost, to be clear what trips are included, and what are not, otherwise you will have surprise bill in the end. 4. The water pump stopped during my 2 showers, someone needed to run downstairs to restart the pump so I could finish my showers. 5. There is no mirror in the entire house, and no towel rails in either bathroom. Maybe the owner can install them?

We loved it and we will come with pleasure again. We can only recommended. and like a bonus, we can stay with our small dog, what was the first time in the existence of this hotel. Thank you again. "Beautiful location and a more friendly owner is hard to find! Shodman ate dinner with us, told us about the area, took us on a fantastic hike and helped organize our trip back to Samarkand. The food was among the better we had in Uzbekistan."

The only thing that was not great was that since we were there in November it was pretty cold at night even inside when eating etc but they had heating fans which worked quite well.

The only drawback was the heater kept switching off & I had to get the staff to turn it on a few times

Intermittent electricity due to poor infrastructure in Mount Hagen. The room is outside off a veranda so when it rains and the wind blows you might also get wet when going inside to use the toilet. I would have preferred a firmer mattress and slightly larger room.
