"There was much to like about our stay - the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a good shower. The location - a short drive from the main Belle Mare beach and not too far from the main regional hub of Flacq (with its twice weekly market and also Super-U for those who prefer more modern facilities) - was good and the walk from the accommodation to the dining area through an abundance of local floral was a delight. But biggest praise must go to owners Roshan and Sang (and their son Kite) who were so warm and welcoming - they made each guest feel like a VIP, nothing was too much trouble for them and the food (breakfast and dinner) freshly prepared by Sang each day was varied but always delicious. We had a wonderful stay with no complaints whatsoever. Well, actually, just one - we never did get to see Roshan feeding the Dodo."

Josie is the best host someone could ask for - she is very attentive to the guests and always prepared to help or to recommend places for maximising the experience of tourists. The place overall and the room were not only super clean and comfortable (I literally slept like a baby, haha), but equipped with all the necessary things for a great stay. "This was our second stay, but in the bigger villa. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Having everything we needed right there was super convenient. Definitely made the whole trip smoother and more enjoyable. Can't wait to come back again sometime."

Leider ist die Unterkunft nicht komplett zentral und die Bettwäsche hat etwas komisch gerochen. Ansonsten war aber alles super!

As well as her belated husband.
