Place not really clean.

"We are visiting from Australia and this was a perfect place to stay for over a week. Lovely host who was so kind. The guesthouse is only a 5 min walk to a lovely restaurant and another 5 mins to centre of town yet it’s so peaceful. Room was very clean and comfortable with great aircon. A lounge area is available with tea/coffee, fridge and microwave. Lovely outdoor seating area. I highly recommend this beautiful guesthouse."

"We were originally going to stay at the main Thermal Hotel, but saw this and the rating and thought why not, and so glad we did! The property is next door and in the centre, and the host is amazing. Guy called me ahead of arrival to tell me about location / access etc, and was the perfect host when we arrived. He had even set up the room TV including Netflix to our language. The rooms were not only spotless but modern with an elegant touch. Would definitely recommend."

"Everything was amazing, from each and every point of view. It's the type of accommodation you'd chose again and again. Josie is the best host someone could ask for - she is very attentive to the guests and always prepared to help or to recommend places for maximising the experience of tourists. "There was much to like about our stay - the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a good shower. The location - a short drive from the main Belle Mare beach and not too far from the main regional hub of Flacq (with its twice weekly market and also Super-U for those who prefer more modern facilities) - was good and the walk from the accommodation to the dining area through an abundance of local floral was a delight. But biggest praise must go to owners Roshan and Sang (and their son Kite) who were so warm and welcoming - they made each guest feel like a VIP, nothing was too much trouble for them and the food (breakfast and dinner) freshly prepared by Sang each day was varied but always delicious. We had a wonderful stay with no complaints whatsoever. Well, actually, just one - we never did get to see Roshan feeding the Dodo."

"The location is wonderful! The beautiful house where we rented a unit is right on the lake. The house is well-kept and beautiful. The weather was cold and a little foggy, which added to the atmosphere. In the summer, the residents walk 20 meters and are already in the lake, which invites swimming. For me, having visited the Singapore tourism highlights on a previous visit, it was not an issue at all, but good to be aware that those highlights take a bit of time to get to. Also good to be aware you are welcomed into an actual home while the owners are living there. It's part of the charm.

"We enjoyed our stay at Tequila Sunrise. Timmi, the owner, is quite friendly and helpful. Her house is colorful and stands out in the neighborhood. The room seems very new. It is spotlessly clean, large, and includes a complete kitchen. It has all the appliances you could possibly use. There is a very large bottle of drinking water so you will never be thirsty. The air conditioning is strong and the TV has many channels. I would recommend this this lodging to anyone staying in Antigua."
