Bir diğer konu da odamız çok soğuktu ve bir türlü ısıtamadık sabah lobiye indiğinizde lobide aynı şekilde çok soğuktu bu konuların acil düzeltilmesi gerekiyor böyle güzel bir otele yakıştıramadım açıkçası

Otel Türkiye'de olsaydı geceliği 4000 liradan aşağı olmazdı fiyatı çok uygun(Gecelik 1800 lira ) Otelin içindeki bankamatikten çin bankasına komisyon ödemeden para çekebilirsiniz (Akbank ,İş bankası,Vakıfbank kartlarıyla çekim yaptım) Alışverişte peşin parayla alışveriş yaparsanız indirim yapıldığını gördüm . Türkiye'den gelenler için not otelin tam karşısında china Telekom bayisi var oradan hat alabilirsiniz."

Tek yaşadığım sorun kahvaltı sırasında kaşık masadan düşüp kırıldı .Görevli gelip kaşığın parasını istedi .Kaşığın parası otele konaklama ücreti için ödediğim paranın 1000 de 1 ydi yani çok önemsiz bir paraydı .Garip olan otelin kaşığın parasını benden istemesiydi. Oteldeki kahvaltı Avrupa'dan yada Asya'dan uzak ülkelerden gelenler için çok uygun değildi. Yiyebildiğim şeyler yumurta ,sade noodle ve meyvelerle sınırlıydı . Odanın camları izolasyon yönünde kötü .İçeriye soğuk geliyor .Odada ısınma için 24 saat klima çalıştırıyorsunuz . Tek gördüğüm eksik tuvaleti temizlemek için küçük fırça yok.

"Authentic building, clean and quiet. Quite a backyard of hustle Thamel. Spacious room, stable hot shower, the eco-conscious parts were highlights! The staff were more than helpful! Pitifully we just stayed for 2 nights and missed the yoga class. We had dinner and it was worth trying!"

Kahvaltısı muhteşemdi, ikindi ikramları da öyle. bahçesinde kaplumbağalar var ve meyve ağaçları çok hoşuma gitti. Çok büyük bir plajı var, kumsal şahaneydi, karşıdaki küçük adaya denizden yürüyerek geçmek, granit kayalarda fotoğraf çekilmek çok keyifliydi. Eğer bir daha Praslin e gelirsem yine bu otelde kalmak istiyorum. Çok teşekkürler Cote d’or Lodge :)"

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

Bathrooms deffinately need up dating, carpets in the corridors need taking out and tiles flooring put down there’s really nothing around such as shops, places to eat it is deffinately the last stop before the ferry terminal

Nothing. Can’t comment on local restaurants, shops etc as didn’t leave the hotel. I understand there isn’t a supermarket within walking distance but only a few mins in a taxi (we drove past it on way to the marina) and shop on site has a good selection of toiletries .

"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

Odalardaki mini barda su bile bulunmuyor. Otele ait otopark ücretli. Ayrıca otele ait plajdaki şezlong ve şemsiye kullanımları da ücretli.

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

I think the beds need to upgrade, comparing with other hotels where I recent stayed.

"Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

"+ Very friendly and helpful staff! Always smiling and polite. Breakfast is great value. Location is perfect for me. I very much enjoyed the swimming pool and there's a small gym too. I have stayed there 3 x."

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.

"First of all, the Lodge is absolutely beautiful. We loved the architecture and attention to detail in every corner. The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. Special thanks to Silvia for her wonderful management and for creating such a peaceful quiet and relaxing experience. It was truly a charming stay at Lonno Lodge and we would gladly return and Watamu as a city is a very beautiful place very worth visiting Jonas & Siam"

There were no food options in terms of restaurants since it is a resort/apartment complex. The pool requires a resurfacing along the bottom as there were some areas in which the surface had worn away. It was quite expensive for a one week stay.

There is no wardrobe in the room and no hand tissue was provided. The price was very expensive for the room No shuttle to pick up from the airport

"I had a really great stay here; the staff were friendly and helpful, my room was spacious and very comfortable; the breakfast buffet was tasty and varied and the two restaurants served excellent food. Despite the high quality and fact Kempinski is an international premium brand, the room rates and restaurant prices were very reasonable"

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike
