"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

the breakfast could be better

Spor salonu iyileştirilebilir. Alt kattaki starbucks çok erken kapanıyor, belki kapandıktan sonra otele ait belli kısmı açık kalabilir ortak kullanım için.

"Konum olarak merkeze yakın ve ulaşımı kolay personel davranışı ve hizmette harikalar kesinlikle kusursuzlar hiç bir şekilde kırıcı değiller Rebaka hanıma ayrıca teşekkür ederim :)"

kahvaltıda biraz daha seçenek olabilirdi süt ürünleri olarak pek fazla çeşit yoktu mesela peynir vb. oda da şöyle bir problem var banyo-tuvalet kapısı camtasarım ve sanki bir işyerine giriyor gibisiniz sadece motif olan bir yüzeyi var ve kilit yok onun dışında kapı parlak metal yüzeyle çevrili ve ayna gibi içerisi görünüyor

Couldn't stay longer

"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

"Excellent location. We were upgraded to a junior suit which was really great. It was perfectly clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel."

The pillow is square, large and uncomfortable. I got a pain in the neck because of it. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was so bad it was undrinkable.

"Apparently we got upgraded which was great, very large executive 1 bedroom. Ocean View was nice, pool area on roof was great. Quiet"

Only issue was the shower, hot and cold temp faulty, water pressure poor.

"The location is perfect if your intention is to visit the colonial city. The staff and the place are beautiful, we really enjoy our stay in this hotel"

All was good

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

"The hotel was well located and equipped, the staff were very helpful and polite especially Mohamad bushnaq and Qais were friendly.. During our short stay at the hotel we felt home and the environment was super comfortable."

the only thing that bothered me was the poor soundproofing, I could hear our neighbors.

"The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"

The WiFi does not work!

"Everything first class. Every point of contact with the staff was excellent. Thank you to Mamlin, the Concierge for his big smile and help everyday. We will return."

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

"Location, right on a beautiful beach with soft sand and clear turquoise sea. Kind friendly helpful staff, large clean modern condo. Great food in the restaurant and such charming,friendly waiting staff."

Nothing. Can’t comment on local restaurants, shops etc as didn’t leave the hotel. I understand there isn’t a supermarket within walking distance but only a few mins in a taxi (we drove past it on way to the marina) and shop on site has a good selection of toiletries .

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

"Lovely spot. Pool and beach fabulous. Our beachfront room was great, comfy beds and room had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, lots of laughs and great service. Restaurant meals and breakfasts were delicious. Spa massage was simply divine! We loved our stay thank you 🤩"

Sineklik olmaması sebebiyle odalarda sinekler olabiliyor. Kahvaltılar biraz daha iyi olabilirdi.

"Otel metroya 50 metre .Metroya yakınlığı bütün Pekin'e ulaşmanız için büyük avantaj Aşçı çok yardımcı oldu omleti ve noodle u benim istediğim gibi yaptı . Otel bir alışveriş merkeziyle iç içe alışveriş konusunda sıkıntı yaşanmıyor .İçinde büyük bir market var her istediğinizi alabiliyorsunuz . Otelin yakınında burger king,MC Donald's Starbucks vardı. Odalar temiz ve büyüktü Odalara her gün 2 su ,çay kahve bırakılıyor . Otel Türkiye'de olsaydı geceliği 4000 liradan aşağı olmazdı fiyatı çok uygun(Gecelik 1800 lira ) Otelin içindeki bankamatikten çin bankasına komisyon ödemeden para çekebilirsiniz (Akbank ,İş bankası,Vakıfbank kartlarıyla çekim yaptım) Alışverişte peşin parayla alışveriş yaparsanız indirim yapıldığını gördüm . Türkiye'den gelenler için not otelin tam karşısında china Telekom bayisi var oradan hat alabilirsiniz."

Tek yaşadığım sorun kahvaltı sırasında kaşık masadan düşüp kırıldı .Görevli gelip kaşığın parasını istedi .Kaşığın parası otele konaklama ücreti için ödediğim paranın 1000 de 1 ydi yani çok önemsiz bir paraydı .Garip olan otelin kaşığın parasını benden istemesiydi. Oteldeki kahvaltı Avrupa'dan yada Asya'dan uzak ülkelerden gelenler için çok uygun değildi. Yiyebildiğim şeyler yumurta ,sade noodle ve meyvelerle sınırlıydı . Odanın camları izolasyon yönünde kötü .İçeriye soğuk geliyor .Odada ısınma için 24 saat klima çalıştırıyorsunuz . Tek gördüğüm eksik tuvaleti temizlemek için küçük fırça yok.

"The design and decoration of the hotel. The flowers and the garden is beautiful and peaceful."

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

"It is a old hotel with a lot of character and charm. Very high ceilings."

The bathroom could use some work and a deep scrubbing.

"Beautiful room room with view on the pool and the ocean. All comfort included, the free shuttle to the city center or to the airport is very valuable, the staff was very kind and professional ! Would definitely come back :)"

Note that the breakfast is in extra but exquisite !
