"Otelin sahibi ve çalışanları çok ilgiliydi, Rebeka hanım çok yardımcı oldu, dil bilmediğim halde translate ile her şeyi tek tek anlattı. Kahvaltısı muhteşemdi, ikindi ikramları da öyle. bahçesinde kaplumbağalar var ve meyve ağaçları çok hoşuma gitti. Çok büyük bir plajı var, kumsal şahaneydi, karşıdaki küçük adaya denizden yürüyerek geçmek, granit kayalarda fotoğraf çekilmek çok keyifliydi. Eğer bir daha Praslin e gelirsem yine bu otelde kalmak istiyorum. Çok teşekkürler Cote d’or Lodge :)"

kahvaltıda biraz daha seçenek olabilirdi süt ürünleri olarak pek fazla çeşit yoktu mesela peynir vb. oda da şöyle bir problem var banyo-tuvalet kapısı camtasarım ve sanki bir işyerine giriyor gibisiniz sadece motif olan bir yüzeyi var ve kilit yok onun dışında kapı parlak metal yüzeyle çevrili ve ayna gibi içerisi görünüyor

"Tren istasyonu ve tüm diğer ulaşım hatlarına çok yakın oluşu mükemmel. Balkonlu oda seçmiştim, çok memnun kaldım. Lüks bir otel değil ama tüm ihtiyaçlara cevap veriyor.Kahvaltı almadık, çünkü her sabah farklı bir yer tercih ettik. Her gün havlular ve çarşaf değişti. Bu benim için çok önemli idi."

"Otel metroya 50 metre .Metroya yakınlığı bütün Pekin'e ulaşmanız için büyük avantaj Aşçı çok yardımcı oldu omleti ve noodle u benim istediğim gibi yaptı . Otel bir alışveriş merkeziyle iç içe alışveriş konusunda sıkıntı yaşanmıyor .İçinde büyük bir market var her istediğinizi alabiliyorsunuz . Otelin yakınında burger king,MC Donald's Starbucks vardı. Odalar temiz ve büyüktü Odalara her gün 2 su ,çay kahve bırakılıyor . Otel Türkiye'de olsaydı geceliği 4000 liradan aşağı olmazdı fiyatı çok uygun(Gecelik 1800 lira ) Otelin içindeki bankamatikten çin bankasına komisyon ödemeden para çekebilirsiniz (Akbank ,İş bankası,Vakıfbank kartlarıyla çekim yaptım) Alışverişte peşin parayla alışveriş yaparsanız indirim yapıldığını gördüm . Türkiye'den gelenler için not otelin tam karşısında china Telekom bayisi var oradan hat alabilirsiniz."

Tek yaşadığım sorun kahvaltı sırasında kaşık masadan düşüp kırıldı .Görevli gelip kaşığın parasını istedi .Kaşığın parası otele konaklama ücreti için ödediğim paranın 1000 de 1 ydi yani çok önemsiz bir paraydı .Garip olan otelin kaşığın parasını benden istemesiydi. Oteldeki kahvaltı Avrupa'dan yada Asya'dan uzak ülkelerden gelenler için çok uygun değildi. Yiyebildiğim şeyler yumurta ,sade noodle ve meyvelerle sınırlıydı . Odanın camları izolasyon yönünde kötü .İçeriye soğuk geliyor .Odada ısınma için 24 saat klima çalıştırıyorsunuz . Tek gördüğüm eksik tuvaleti temizlemek için küçük fırça yok.

"Neum'un en güzel manzaralarından birine sahip bir otel. Kahvaltısı doyurucu ve güzel çeşitli. Resepsiyon görevlisi sorularımıza oldukça yardımcı oldu. İnternet ücretsiz ve sorunsuz çalışıyor. akşam 22.00 sonrası otele kartla girilebiliyor, güzel bir güvenlik önlemi olduğunu düşünüyorum."

Odalardaki mini barda su bile bulunmuyor. Otele ait otopark ücretli. Ayrıca otele ait plajdaki şezlong ve şemsiye kullanımları da ücretli.

The pool wasn't working 💔🥹it was my first priority when I was booking the place,and they told me when I was already checking in🤦‍♀️

Otelin öyle bir eksikliği varki çok garibime gitti 1 günlüğüne 30 Euro otopark parası aldılar bizden Böyle bir rakam hiç bir yerde görmedim gecelik ödediğimiz rakamın 4 de 1 kadar otopark ücreti ödedik bir çok otel müşterilerinden otopark parası almazken böyle faiş bir rakam almaları resmen çok ayıp. Bir diğer konu da odamız çok soğuktu ve bir türlü ısıtamadık sabah lobiye indiğinizde lobide aynı şekilde çok soğuktu bu konuların acil düzeltilmesi gerekiyor böyle güzel bir otele yakıştıramadım açıkçası

The pillow is square, large and uncomfortable. I got a pain in the neck because of it. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was so bad it was undrinkable.

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

this could be improved: -the beach has a lot of potential, buiding a nice peer with stairs for a sea swim would make it much better -there isnt enough shade in the garden and the sun is punishing -the trees on the beach have fruits that hurt when falling, as part of garden maintenance they should be shuffled to drop the fruits upfront -the restaurant options both for breakfast, meals and snacks, leaves out a lot of the good things of Sao Tome. Look at your competitor Riu, for instance, they always have a section with local treats

The need for transportation if you wanted to go anywhere else.

No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

There is no wardrobe in the room and no hand tissue was provided. The price was very expensive for the room No shuttle to pick up from the airport

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

"The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Clayton and Sam. Access to the beach was superb as well as the view from our our two bedroom unit. The entire facility is well-maintained and clean. It was very quiet and peaceful as well and the location was excellent for walking to all amenities. I would definitely consider staying there again when I return to Providenciales in the future."

There were no food options in terms of restaurants since it is a resort/apartment complex. The pool requires a resurfacing along the bottom as there were some areas in which the surface had worn away. It was quite expensive for a one week stay.
