"Beautiful room room with view on the pool and the ocean. All comfort included, the free shuttle to the city center or to the airport is very valuable, the staff was very kind and professional ! Would definitely come back :)"

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. We would book this hotel immediately again."

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

Absolutely nothing.

"Nice hotel & grounds considering they were recovering from the hurrican the gardens were very well cared for with a small amount of repair work going on which didnt bother us, pool area had plenty of room & beds, we used the restaurant for beakfast, the omlettes were nice. Lots of shops & places to eat near by on Jimmy Cliff Boulevard, we stayed 2nights so didnt get much time to explore outside, we stopped here before we departed home, 10mins to airport."

Our room was next to the main road so we had alot of traffic noise, a pool view room I would advise to avoid this.

"Our beach attendant, Tevin, looked after our needs endlessly. A pleasure to know him."

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

The fact I did not have remote for the gate to open the gate, had to rely on a car horn.

"I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is like an oasis of calm in Bissau. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

There was nothing I didn't like.
