Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

Otelin öyle bir eksikliği varki çok garibime gitti 1 günlüğüne 30 Euro otopark parası aldılar bizden Böyle bir rakam hiç bir yerde görmedim gecelik ödediğimiz rakamın 4 de 1 kadar otopark ücreti ödedik bir çok otel müşterilerinden otopark parası almazken böyle faiş bir rakam almaları resmen çok ayıp. Bir diğer konu da odamız çok soğuktu ve bir türlü ısıtamadık sabah lobiye indiğinizde lobide aynı şekilde çok soğuktu bu konuların acil düzeltilmesi gerekiyor böyle güzel bir otele yakıştıramadım açıkçası

The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. "Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

Clean and tidy and a great swimming pool , great food and cold beer.

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

Food not so inspiring

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"
