"Nice hotel & grounds considering they were recovering from the hurrican the gardens were very well cared for with a small amount of repair work going on which didnt bother us, pool area had plenty of room & beds, we used the restaurant for beakfast, the omlettes were nice. Lots of shops & places to eat near by on Jimmy Cliff Boulevard, we stayed 2nights so didnt get much time to explore outside, we stopped here before we departed home, 10mins to airport."

Our room was next to the main road so we had alot of traffic noise, a pool view room I would advise to avoid this.

Otelin öyle bir eksikliği varki çok garibime gitti 1 günlüğüne 30 Euro otopark parası aldılar bizden Böyle bir rakam hiç bir yerde görmedim gecelik ödediğimiz rakamın 4 de 1 kadar otopark ücreti ödedik bir çok otel müşterilerinden otopark parası almazken böyle faiş bir rakam almaları resmen çok ayıp. Bir diğer konu da odamız çok soğuktu ve bir türlü ısıtamadık sabah lobiye indiğinizde lobide aynı şekilde çok soğuktu bu konuların acil düzeltilmesi gerekiyor böyle güzel bir otele yakıştıramadım açıkçası

kahvaltıda biraz daha seçenek olabilirdi süt ürünleri olarak pek fazla çeşit yoktu mesela peynir vb. oda da şöyle bir problem var banyo-tuvalet kapısı camtasarım ve sanki bir işyerine giriyor gibisiniz sadece motif olan bir yüzeyi var ve kilit yok onun dışında kapı parlak metal yüzeyle çevrili ve ayna gibi içerisi görünüyor

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

"Lovely spot. Pool and beach fabulous. Our beachfront room was great, comfy beds and room had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, lots of laughs and great service. Restaurant meals and breakfasts were delicious. Spa massage was simply divine! We loved our stay thank you 🤩"

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

There is no wardrobe in the room and no hand tissue was provided. The price was very expensive for the room No shuttle to pick up from the airport

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

Sineklik olmaması sebebiyle odalarda sinekler olabiliyor. Kahvaltılar biraz daha iyi olabilirdi.

this could be improved: -the beach has a lot of potential, buiding a nice peer with stairs for a sea swim would make it much better -there isnt enough shade in the garden and the sun is punishing -the trees on the beach have fruits that hurt when falling, as part of garden maintenance they should be shuffled to drop the fruits upfront -the restaurant options both for breakfast, meals and snacks, leaves out a lot of the good things of Sao Tome. Look at your competitor Riu, for instance, they always have a section with local treats

"Fantastic place for Family. Oasis of calm and peace and beautiful places reachable by bike foot or car. Great hosts. Big surroundings and a lot of area. Mushroom picking, fishing, wonderful lakes nearby. Great value for money for sure. Recommend"

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

"Authentic building, clean and quiet. Quite a backyard of hustle Thamel. Spacious room, stable hot shower, the eco-conscious parts were highlights! The staff were more than helpful! Pitifully we just stayed for 2 nights and missed the yoga class. We had dinner and it was worth trying!"
