"Görevli Halid çok cana yakın ve yardımsever. Karşılamada bize kahve ikram etti. Uğurlarken de magnet hediye etti. Çok güzer yüzlü ve yardımsever biri. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Odanın imkanları yeterliydi. Şehir manzarası güzeldi."

"Location, right on a beautiful beach with soft sand and clear turquoise sea. Kind friendly helpful staff, large clean modern condo. Great food in the restaurant and such charming,friendly waiting staff."

Nothing. Can’t comment on local restaurants, shops etc as didn’t leave the hotel. I understand there isn’t a supermarket within walking distance but only a few mins in a taxi (we drove past it on way to the marina) and shop on site has a good selection of toiletries .

"Nice hotel & grounds considering they were recovering from the hurrican the gardens were very well cared for with a small amount of repair work going on which didnt bother us, pool area had plenty of room & beds, we used the restaurant for beakfast, the omlettes were nice. Lots of shops & places to eat near by on Jimmy Cliff Boulevard, we stayed 2nights so didnt get much time to explore outside, we stopped here before we departed home, 10mins to airport."

Our room was next to the main road so we had alot of traffic noise, a pool view room I would advise to avoid this.

"The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Clayton and Sam. Access to the beach was superb as well as the view from our our two bedroom unit. The entire facility is well-maintained and clean. It was very quiet and peaceful as well and the location was excellent for walking to all amenities. I would definitely consider staying there again when I return to Providenciales in the future."

There were no food options in terms of restaurants since it is a resort/apartment complex. The pool requires a resurfacing along the bottom as there were some areas in which the surface had worn away. It was quite expensive for a one week stay.

"During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful."

Sineklik olmaması sebebiyle odalarda sinekler olabiliyor. Kahvaltılar biraz daha iyi olabilirdi.

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

Odalardaki mini barda su bile bulunmuyor. Otele ait otopark ücretli. Ayrıca otele ait plajdaki şezlong ve şemsiye kullanımları da ücretli.

All was good

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

"I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is like an oasis of calm in Bissau. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."
