"The hotel is reasonably close to the town centre although it is uphill going back to the hotel. The room was very big, with comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent and varied."
"The air conditioner in the room was very noisy. It produced an annoying high pitched sound whilst it was on. The shower was only available as part of the bath. Service in the breakfast room was somewhat lacking, with tables left dirty for quite a while sometimes making it difficult to find an empty one."

The condition of the bathroom was not great in general: there were many large black spots on the grout between the shower tiles. The overflow drain at the sink wasn’t working properly, and some foam was leaking onto the floor from it. The water in the wellness section’s pool was quite cold—good for swimming, but not ideal for the hot tub area."

"The hospitality of the reception was really great !! We booked very late because of an unexpected cancellation of our flight. The guy at the reception desk kept searching for a bed for our one year old baby untill he found one. Will never forget this , really thankful for these efforts."
