Popüler Riva Promenade yanında, denize sadece 50 metre uzaklıkta yer alan Riva Rooms, UNESCO korumasındaki Diocletianus Sarayı dahil tüm önemli yerlere sadece bir kaç adım mesafede bulunmaktadır. Odalarda ücretsiz Wi-Fi mevcuttur. Ortak mutfak ve TV içeren oturma odası yer almaktadır. Tümü halı kaplı zemine sahip geniş odalar gardırop, masa ve sandalyelerle donatılmıştır. Bazı odalarda balkon, tüm odalarda saç kurutma makinesi bulunan özel banyo vardır. En yakın yemek salonu ve taverna Rooms Riva'nın hemen önünde yer almaktadır. Taze gıda pazarı yaklaşık 200 metre, bakkal ise 5 metre uzaklıkta bulunmaktadır. Birkaç adım içinde ulaşılabilen tüm Eski Kent bölgesinde çeşitli galeriler, dükkanlar, kafeler, barlar ve restoranlar hizmet verir. Burada yaz aylarında genellikle kültürel etkinlikler yer almaktadır. Peristil Meydanı ve Diocletianus Sarayı girişi 100 metre mesafededir. Forrest-park Marjan 300 metre uzaklıktadır. Gözlem noktası Split Şehri'nin güzel manzarasına sahip iken, park özellikle sayıda bisiklet ve yürüyüş yolları sunmaktadır. Ana otobüs ve tren istasyonları 400 metre uzaklıkta, Feribot iskelesi ise hemen onların yanında yer almaktadır. Split Limanı'ndan her gün çevredeki Brač, Hvar, Šolta, Vis ve Korčula Adaları'na tekneler kalkmaktadır.

"Quiet but central location, size of room is superb, cleanliness, friendly and accommodating owner. Excellent value. Very, very close( within 20 metres) to lots of amenities including cafes, supermarket and laundrette. Clean kitchen. Comfortable bed and slap bang opposite Michelin restaurant, which is excellent and amazingly good value. Be sure to book restaurant."
