"I generally don’t give 10/10 on ratings because you really have to do something special for that. This, was IT! It’s a little more outside of the main city - if you book a rental car it’s 10 minutes. So save your money on overpriced Hotels in the city, go here, and you won’t be disappointed!"

"The apartment is in a great location near the port and many beaches, even though it's a bit uphill. It's a very spacious and comfortable house, especially because of the three double bedrooms with private bathrooms and a fourth additional bathroom. The living room and kitchen are also very spacious and open onto a small balcony. The owner lives nearby and he was very kind and helpful, although he sometimes asked us to keep the voice down even when it seemed a reasonable time to talk freely, for example in the afternoon after lunch. Everything was very clean and well-organized and we had a really good time."

"Everything was just great! Clean, beautiful & modern rooms - with good and comfortable beds - and all you need at the perfect spot in Splits old town centre! I would definitely return back to Borna and Franko Rooms in Split! The host was flexible, helpful and easy to be in contact with! Lovely place!"

"Everything. The location was amazing, straight down the steps into the marina and old town Beautiful apartment, so cozy and clean. Stunning huge balcony with fantastic views, egg chair, sun lounger, couch etc. 2 patio doors opening from bedroom and living room to balcony. Vinka left Lovely Bathrobes and slippers for our use. She also left coffee for her beautiful coffee machine, home made olive oil and vinegar, salt & pepper, bathroom products, dishwasher tablets etc Everyday she offered us fresh towels. She did washing for us and even hung it out for us. She was a great host and even let us arrive early and depart late which made our stay at this apartment so enjoyable. We would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back"
