Tesis kentin turistik mekanlarının çoğuna yürüme mesafesindedir. Adalara giden feribot 2 km uzaklıktadır. Konuklar böylece Solta, Brac veya Hvar'a günübirlik geziler yapabilirler. Alternatif olarak, plajın fazla uzak olmaması sayesinde kumlarda uzanarak vakit geçirebilir ya da UNESCO listesinde bulunan bu kentin anıtlarını keşfedebilirsiniz. Klimalı geniş odalar 3 kata yayılmıştır. Merdiven çıkmak istemeyen konuklar alt katlarda yer alan oda talebinde bulunabilirler.

"Tesis çok iyi bir konumda, ev sahipleri de güler yüzlü ve çok yardım sever. İletişim konusunda sorun yaşamadık. Temizlik çok iyiydi."
"Oda 3 kişilik bir aile için yeterli büyüklükte değil. 2 kişi için daha uygun. Ek yatak konunca yatma alanında neredeyse yürümek için yer kalmıyor. 3 kişinin uzun süreli konaklaması için uygun olmayabilir."
"The property is in a great spot. A very short walk gets you to the promenade and the old town/ Diocletian’s place. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets (even a beer shop) very close by. The apartment was clean and spacious and the balcony was a bonus. The owner was available when needed and very friendly and helpful."
"A brush to sweep the floor, a tea towel to dry the dishes and maybe some tea/coffee/milk would have been nice, but we are British and it probably wouldn’t be an issue for other nationalities."

"It was so homely and comfortable and had a beautiful balcony. I loved that it was far enough away from Zrce beach but close enough for a cheap uber, allowing us to be in the heart of the real croatia. the beach was so close and was so beautiful and secluded and we all really enjoyed ourselves! It was really easy to use all of the facilities like the job and microwave and shower and we were able to get on with daily activities as usual."

"The rooms were very clean and the balcony was overlooking the beach. You have Restaurant’s a few feet away. There is a small supermarket 200 meters away , it is a little pricey but I suggest you stock up on essentials before you arrive. The beach 🏝️ is a few steps away and the water is amazing. Small shops along the waterfront include a small bakery stand, fruit stand, icecream and crepes, restaurants and 3 shops with all the beach essentials."

"Very uncomplicated check-in, host was very kind and easy to contact in case we had questions. We got nice information about public transportation, unfortunately the dog wasnt allowed on the bus. The host speaks bery good German. Location was close to the beach. The room was clean and had air conditioning. We could park in front of the house and we were allowed to leave the car there even after we checked out."
